RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to health and hygiene reasons, Roxivana does not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products, including scrubs and creams, once the order has been delivered.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.


REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

We do not accept refunds once an order has been shipped/Delivered, except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received the wrong size or type

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

In these cases, we will reship/redeliver the correct product free of charge. Full refunds are not guaranteed.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order

  • Order number and clear photos/videos are required

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and are not guaranteed, as orders are processed quickly.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer.


LEGAL NOTICE (KUWAIT LAW)

Under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, you can return, exchange, or get a refund for a product within 14 days of purchase if it is defective or damaged. The product must be in its original condition, and you need the original invoice. However, for health and safety reasons, some items, such as opened beauty products (including makeup), cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
